I presently see UFO experiences as being as common almost as people flying in Passenger jets all over the world

I think equating the two is useful to everyone's long term survival here on earth. Like I have said before I believe that UFOS don't consider us a threat to whatever they want to do simply because we are so primitive by their standards that we are more like Deer here on earth if you could imagine deer driving cars and flying planes around earth. So, they don't consider us a threat anymore than we actually consider deer or bear or Elk a threat to us humans here on earth. 

However, they mostly want to not be directly interfering with human activity because they don't want to completely collapse human civilization here on earth. They have had many other experiences where civilizations have collapsed before. It's possible for example, that the Mayan culture collapsed and possibly others because of UFO contacts then. 

So, non-interference (at least publicly) makes sense in order not to completely collapse governments, churches, military and other things. This makes complete sense to me.

However, this doesn't mean that there aren't UFO aliens in all governments on earth at present either.
