And having compassion for others help not only others but you first actually as well.
When you really hate others it starts to kill your body in various ways slowly or quickly.
When you love others it helps preserve your life ongoing often throughout a whole lifetime.
Having compassion for yourself and others heals your body and your mind and helps you live a long time and it also helps you be more happy in your life too.
What you put your attention upon you become. So, if you want good things in your life think more about good things.
This doesn't mean hide your head in the sand like an ostrich it just means when you can think about good things happening to yourself or others so they actually do.
