Accuweather projects that it will cost $30 to $60 billion dollars for North Carolina and South Carolina to recover from Hurricane Florence.
for example: Cape Fear River is supposed to Crest at 61.8 feet which is 25 feet above flood stage on Tuesday. That's tomorrow. The floods will affect almost everyone in the area. Wilmington, North Carolina cannot be reached by car or truck right now and it's hard to say when a car or truck can get there as of now. So, helicopters or zodiac rescue boats or flat boats are basically it until vehicles can get there once again. And much of North and South Carolina is like this.
