The Celebritician

The new word 'Celebritician is a combination of two words 'celebrity' and 'politician' even though it can be a strange combination. For example, even though one could say Sarah Palin is a celebritician she was after all a sitting Governor of Alaska and deserves the respect of all for that.

So, the word Celebritician makes more sense when referring to someone like Christine O'Donnell because her political strategy seems to be directed more towards getting attention and making money long term than actually getting elected. Her role model is likely Sarah Palin but her actuality is more like a starlet or movie star. So I think we are going to see more of Christine O'Donnell whether she is elected or not. So, I think her notoriety is more about staying financially solvent than any other single thing. And I think we are going to see many more people just like Christine O'Donnell and Sarah Palin on the world stage in these difficult times worldwide.

So, even though you might even call Donald Trump a Celebritician, because he is a very successful businessman, he likely is practical enough to possibly actually be a good President, Governor or Senator. So, it all depends upon the person and their real (not hypothetical) qualifications for office.

So, even though someone like Ross Perot could be called a Celebritition because he actually never held political office, he did spawn a political movement that was much like the "Tea Party" movement only in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

The problem with new and potential "Celebriticians" is that one could also call Hitler and Stalin Celebriticians that killed millions of people during their reigns. So even though someone might be famous you might not want Pee Wee Herman or any other comedian to be President of the United States or a Senator or a head of state of any nation in particular.

So, here is the new breed of potential politician, "The Celebritician".
