It was like meeting a bunch of guys I went to high school with in the mid to late 1960s who just took all their macho Daredevil ways way way too far to death. It was typical East Coast hoods in the late 1970s then. They got all the attitudes just right. These same kind of guys often wound up in Viet Nam dead then too in the war then.
