The first type has one level or other of PTSD which might or might not be corrected with psychological therapy.
The 2nd type of person has a personality disorder which cannot be corrected because it is too ingrained in the person and cannot be corrected or removed.
It might be important for people to observe which type of person they are dealing with.
Why?
Because if you are dealing with a personality disorder this isn't a normal state and cannot be corrected.
For example, Trump's personality is such a problem to deal with.
This is why one Senator said, "The White House is a Day Care Center".
Because it is.
Because unless everyone walks on eggs and builds up Trump's ego and doesn't tell him bad things they will be fired.
This is why Putin put Trump in office: "Because this would disrupt or Destroy our U.S. democracy and it's institutions automatically".
Putin has psychologists and Psychiatrists too working for him so they would define Trump as an "Abnormal Personality with sociopathic tendencies" which would be exactly who might destroy or weaken the U.S. democracy in a republic and all it's institutions.
So, basically compliments of Putin we are now dealing with a "Madness of King George" situation almost exactly like the King George who was in power who actually caused the U.S. by his madness during the Revolutionary war.
So instead we are dealing with "The Madness of King Donald".
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
