We are now at a point where it is possible 1 million people will die from opioids the first year Trump is in office. When this reaches 5 to 10 million people dying a year from opioids likely they will be banned completely as a legal class of drugs.
Why?
Because Trump (though he is saying he is going to stop opioids from killing people has allocated Zero dollars for opioid recovery which just means helping people who are on opioids is just one more Trump lie.
This is just going to make dying on opioids more and more acceptable to the unemployed homeless people without health insurance as a permanent way out of all their problems but will cause so much disruption to their friends and relatives lives that the deaths will skyrocket as a result. If you know anything about human nature you can see this coming already.
