First they took on the identities in Canada of two dead people and then after their sons were born in Canada they moved to France I believe and after 20 years of this moved to the U.S. to Boston and the Husband graduated from Harvard I believe with a doctorate. But, from the moment they moved into the U.S. around 2000 until 2010 the FBI was aware of who they were and watched them like a hawk until they were finally arrested in 2010 by the FBI for spying. Their children born in Canada had no idea that their parents were actually born in Russia and Russian spies because the parents only spoke English and French to them at home. The Rachel Maddow program on Wednesday July 11th is the one to watch if you want to know more about them and what they were doing those 10 years in Boston. They were actively involved in Spotting and assessing americans that might be used in some way by Russia for Russian ends.
