I started with the premise that Time Travel is real. Then I thought about how it could be conducted so that all the members of the Time Cadre could pass lie detector tests of whether they were members of a time cadre here on earth. "Hiding in Plain Sight" is what I came up with using modern computer and medical amnesiacs and Dvd and memory enhancement drugs whenever the cadre is called up to prevent a nuclear holocaust.
