B-12 no shot tablets microlingual

I found out last week that I had become B-12 deficient because I had been too stressed to take my sublingual B-12s from Trader Joe's. However, I started to realize that the B-12 sublinguals I was running low on when I started to take them and it helped clear up my  panic attack ongoing symptoms. I also found out panic attacks can be contributed to by Heart Medicines and Asthma medicines. Though I don't have asthma I do take heart medicines. (The Trader Joe's ones are the least expensive but effective ones so far I have found).

However, after the movie I was closer to the Whole Foods so I thought I would go there to replace my b6/Folic acid/B-12 supplements that are sub lingual (under the tongue and directly into the bloodstream bypassing the stomach). Why would I want to bypass the stomach? Because often people over 50 years of age no longer can process B-12 in their stomachs and when they can't this is one of the primary causes of senile dementia because the brain cannot function right without B-12 regularly.

So, if you are 50 or older taking an under the tongue sublingual B-12 might literally save your life and your mental abilities as well.

So, yesterday I noticed two different sublinguals at Whole Foods, one for around $11.00 and one for around $31.00. I asked the vitamin specialist about it and he said that the one for $11.00 was a 1000 mcg dose and the one for $31.00 was a 5000mcg dose.

I told him that since the cell salts that they use to travel into the bloodstream with under your tongue you can get too much of that I wanted to take a 5000mcg so I would get more at a time and then take them less frequently because I was getting 5000 mcg per dose.

Remember, B-12 sublinguals are a less expensive way to get B-12 into your system than having to get once a month or once a week B-12 shots from a doctor, chiropractor, or Osteopath or from yourself when you store the doses in the refrigerator.

So, the ones I purchased yesterday are the Superior Source no shot B-12 5000 mcg b6 &Folic Acid ones that are available at my local Whole Foods store.
