Vitamin B-12 Deficiency?

The human brain cannot really function successfully without enough Vitamin B-12. Though the whole body also needs the whole B-Complex if there isn't enough B-12 in your bloodstream there can be all sorts of problems.

When I had been raised as a lacto ovo vegetarian as a child and got blunt trauma childhood epilepsy the first thing my MD (doctor) did was to give me a shot of B-12 in my posterior.

The worst case of B-12 deficiency I ever heard of was in a friend of my first wife's who suddenly couldn't walk anymore on a beach in Hawaii when he was living there. So, when he crawled to a car and his friends drove him to the hospital and put him in a wheelchair because he could no longer walk, the doctor just gave him a shot of B-12 in his posterior and he soon was able to walk out of the hospital.

This morning when I was having a numb face and lips and looked up the symptoms on Web MD online I found that one of many causes for this was a vitamin B-12 deficiency. So, I realized immediately that I had been too stressed to take my under the tongue sub-lingual B-12's from Trader Joe's for a few weeks. So, this had obviously been a part of the problem. Because as soon as I put two sublingual B-12's under my tongue (I usually only do one every other day or ever 3 or 4 days because one can get too much of the sublingual salts used to put the B-12s directly into the bloodstream and thereby bypassing the stomach on the journey into the blood.

Usually, my first experience doing this as it joins my blood is a sense of well being and an end to the really stressful feelings I might have been having to a greater or lesser degree.

One of the causes of senile dementia is a Vitamin B-12 deficiency caused by a human stomach sometimes not being able to process B-12 anymore in Meats or wheat germ or even though vitamin capsules and tablets. This is one reason why I use sub lingual B-12 from Trader Joes because it is much less expensive than paying for B-12 shots wherever you can get them if you are over 50.

So, by going online I found out what I should have known anyway if I hadn't been so stressed lately and because of my stress forgotten to take my B-12 sublinguals under the tongue for a few weeks now. Amazing!
