How to be relatively pain free after your 40s:Give up Gluten

In March 2013 after about $1000 in blood tests asked for by a nurse practitioner who is also an Ayurvedic practitioner:

I learned that I am allergic to gluten even though I had been eating it for 63 years at that point. However, as I thought about how I often felt sort of strange and unclear mentally after eating pizza, bread and anything else with wheat, oat, barley or other types of gluten in them I realized that this might save my life. And it did. By giving up all gluten within a week I had lost about 80% to 90% of all the ongoing pain in my body and went back to the pain level of about 30 years of age which was really wonderful. In addition to this I noticed my mental clarity increased many fold as well, so this greatly increased my desire to be a live and to stay alive even though I was still a little depressed that my son had moved so far away it was impractical to visit him very often (more than about once a year).
It turns out that 40% of the people on earth are allergic to gluten to a greater or lesser degree now. So, you have at the very least a 4 out of 10 chance of being allergic to gluten.
However, I have now found people that are not allergic to gluten who have given up all gluten simply because it took away all or most of their pain in their joints and muscles.
So, even if  you are not allergic to it if you are over 40 or 50 it will make a big difference in how you feel pain wise. So, many of you might be able to give up some or all pain medications because of getting older in your joints and muscles.
Learning to be gluten free takes some time but the first things you need to give up is all bread and pizza crusts made of wheat gluten. Then you can go forward after this.
I find  going to restaurants a little depressing but most restaurants might have a GF next to an item which means it is gluten free or sometimes they have gluten free menus now especially in California, Oregon and Washington where this is now more normal in restaurants.
I'm writing this today because my wife bought Sourdough bread for my daughter. I couldn't resist having a piece of sourdough bread toasted with butter. But, as soon as I did it I knew I had made a mistake as my mind clouded a little and I didn't feel as well. But, I will be less likely tomorrow to sneak a piece of wonderful sourdough bread, won't I. Because in the end do I want to be alive and to feel good like I did in my 20s or do I want a piece of sourdough bread?
Though I haven't done it yet I have been promising my wife to order some gluten free sourdough bread from San Francisco. I looked up Gluten free sourdough bread and here is what I found today:
