First, there was the exchange between Secretary of STate Kerry and Senator John McCain and I couldn't help but feel it was staged for effect by the both of them. (They are old friends from the Senate after all) who respect each other. But, the undercurrent of all this appears to be the "Drums of War".
When I heard Kerry Say something like "Before we go to war with Iran we need to do everything politically possible to create a political solution" I saw everything in very stark terms of where we actually are now. Also, when McCain said something like "Why aren't we giving the Ukrainians defensive weapons against the Russians?" I saw more than posturing in both men. We are on the brink of a potential multi-front war with Russia right now with NATO on one side and Russia and Iran and Syria on the other.
This is very serious business at this point and I hope CNN and all the other "Entertainment News Shows" are more responsible to human survival regarding all this than they have been. Because one of the ultimate outcomes of all this could actually BE: The nuking and extinction of all life on earth!"
This is presently the most serious situation since the Cuban Missile Crisis here on earth since 1962, the year before Kennedy was assassinated.
And until enough people here on earth realize this, we are in danger of it accidentally happening in a moment of being off guard by any or all nations.
If you want to see how serious I presently think this is here is the wikipedia on the Cuban missile Crisis:
I was but 14 years of age then in 1962 and saw people so scared they were shaking and could barely talk or drive a car then. Where is that most realistic of fears today? People are lost in a fantasy of Political Correctness and don't know anymore when they need to be scared and paying attention to their survival and the survival of all mankind and all life on Earth! I'm too old to be scared anymore but people need to realize these are extremely scary times and come into their bodies and out of their fantasies for once.

For thirteen days in October 1962 the world waited—seemingly on the brink of nuclear war—and hoped for a peaceful resolution to the Cuban Missile Crisis.
