   (Reuters) - A magnitude 7.4 quake struck late on Monday off the coast of El Salvador, but there was no risk of a destructive widespread tsunami, the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said.
   The quake struck 66 miles (106 km) south-southeast of the city of Usulutan, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
   It did not give details of any damage, but the quake was shallow at just 5.6 miles (9 km).
   Usulutan was badly damaged by earthquakes in February 2001.
