More evidence Russian Sanctions aren't working

The previous article is even more evidence that sanctions are presently counterproductive of ending Putin's reign. In fact, I would say they are solidifying Putin as becoming another Czar of Russia in "Soviet Union version 2" which he is presently now creating by using sanctions and low oil prices to produce and create "Soviet Union version 2". It is pretty obvious I have been right about this all along now. So, it is sort of like Judo or Aikido where he is using our force applied through sanctions and lower oil prices against us to create another Soviet Union. Then he will blame the west for destroying capitalism and democracy in Russia and get away with it because he controls the media completely now.
