Moral Authority: Right mindful Kindness is the cornerstone of all Civilization

Why do civilizations exist?

Why didn't people overthrow most of them along the way if they didn't like them?

If you look at what keeps civilizations alive and moving forward it is always the concern and taking care of others that allows civilizations to survive centuries and thousands of years.

If you see any civilization without compassion and kindness towards their people, you are looking at a civilization that will end at some point when the people rise up to change or end it.

Most civilizations here on earth have good points. That's why they still exist.

But, each of them have different strengths and weaknesses.

I have studied religions to compare them and I also study civilizations to compare them.

But, often it is like comparing apples to oranges. There are really no similarities to some civilizations almost at all.

And this is where it gets very difficult to try to understand these differences.

First of all, people raised in ANY culture are brainwashed to think like the majority of people already do in that culture.

Is this a good or bad thing?

I'm not sure if this can be best answered subjectively or objectively.

Because each member of each civilization (if they survived to adulthood) without going to prison likely had to accept the mores and constraints of that culture to a greater or lesser degree or they wouldn't still be alive and out of jail.

So, if you take a bunch of people brainwashed in one culture and pit them up against another culture say in a war all you really have in the end is a bunch of dead people because nothing can be resolved as to which culture is best by a war.

Unless the one culture totally destroys the other culture like ISIS does to Shiites, Christiains, Yazidis and others and the way China does to Tibetan Buddhists to where they have no Tibetan Buddhist Culture left in China without being killed or going to jail for it in many many places.

However, it might be important to realize that right here in the U.S. we prevented native americans from worshipping their religions here in the U.S. until around the 1970s too. So, one could say that China is just doing what the U.S. did until around the 1950s to 1970s too only to Native Americans.

The same thing would happen to someone from ISIS or who was intolerant of American culture that came and started bombing things here in the U.S. for any reason.

Each culture (whether right or wrong or whatever) is going to defend itself.

So, which civilization is right?

Each civilization has it's good and bad points as you will learn as you study about them more. But, you likely will choose your own culture in the end because you have been brainwashed to believe what they believe since you were born already.

Knowing this is powerful.

Know the truth and the truth will set you free.
