I don't think it is useful to say that the Government of Turkey is behind ISIS or that the government of Saudi Arabia is behind ISIS. However, it is useful to say that some people in Turkey donate to ISIS to wipe out all Shiites in Syria and it is also useful to say that some people in Saudi Arabia donate to ISIS to wipe out all Shiites in Syria.
Why is this?
Have you seen for 4 or 5 years now what Assad and Iran have done to Sunni Muslims in Syria?
If so, you know why the majority Sunni Government of Turkey and the majority Sunni Government of Saudi Arabia would have some citizens who are Sunni financially supporting ISIS.
Financially supporting ISIS is much easier than fighting Assad in Syria or Iran in Syria or Hezbollah in Syria because neither Saudi Arabia or Turkey wants a war with Russia or Iran if they can help it.
So, supporting ISIS in Syria by citizens of both countries makes sense to some if they are Sunni Muslims because ISIS vows to kill every Shiite Muslim alive which at this point is the view of many Sunni Muslims worldwide. And there are 1.1 billion Sunni Muslims worldwide right now.
This is also why Iran needs nukes to survive the next 30 years and also why they cannot honor this nuclear deal very long or at all. And countries like Israel already know this. The only reason IRan signed this deal at all is to free up their billions tied up in Western World Banks through Sanctions.
But, Should the nuclear deal be signed by the U.S. ? The only alternative to this nuclear deal is regular or nuclear war with Iran by the U.S. at some point in time. This is likely true right now.
And if nuclear war against Iran by NATO happened what would China and Russia be doing?
