What to carbohydrates do for human beings?
When we first started eating and growing carbohydrates as farmers they gave us energy to work harder and longer like people drink coffee and drink energy drinks today (somewhat the same motivation).
However, now in a computer world where most work is done for people carbohydrates have become the enemy more. Because unless you are running a marathon or something carbohydrates just don't make sense anymore to eat at all.(especially if you are over 40 or 50 and want to live to 70 or 100.
Because eating carbohydrates is like eating sugar in it's direct affects on a human body. In fact, my doctor says all carbohydrates turn directly to sugar by the time they are mixed with saliva and hit your throat. So, if you want to keep from getting diabetes from being fat, then carbohydrates are the enemy you have to attack not to get diabetes in your 40s, 50s, 60 or later.
So, basically we are not designed to eat carbohydrates and so they become a type of addiction that we all get like to pizza, or bread or to pasta (which are the big three of carbohydrates and carbo loading).
But, since our addiction starts in childhood we think that Carbohydrates are "Normal". Well, carbohydrates are about as normal as sugar and coffee if you start thinking about it.
But then if you eat whole grains often these will give you roughage to keep your bowels regular too along with an Apple a day keeps the doctor away. However, all fruit and fruit juices have fructose which is also a form of sugar too. So, since I'm trying for zero carbohydrates I'm not supposed to eat ANY fruit juices either. So, what you can do if it is safe for you is to just eat whole fruit once in a while but never the juices which are concentrated fructose when you juice them.
But, this is only true if you are trying to prevent diabetes later in life like I am.
So, was the human body even designed to eat carbohydrates?
Not the way we process them and grow them today.
Because between Hybriding and creating GMOs we are creating Frankenstein carbohydrates that kill us and our children over time through heart attacks, strokes and diabetes and a variety of other health ailments that kill us or debilitate us before our times.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
