The single most important thing you have to learn to protect yourself is to stay calm no matter what is going on.
The exception to this is if someone is coming at you with a knife or gun or a truck is barreling down on you. Then Run!
But, in regard to supernatural events the absolutely worst thing you can ever to is to panic.
Because when you panic your aura opens up and you can be possessed by something you don't want.
But, if you stay calm and centered like a soldier in battle you are not vulnerable. However, you really do not want to be on Alcohol, drugs or anything like that or you could pass out or die from these kinds of events.
This is one reason why I believe in being sober and not drinking. Sometimes if people are around taking a glass of wine with them actually might be helpful to one's longevity. But, for me, this is about once a month or sometimes even once a year. So, if you are feeling vulnerable one of the worst things to do is to take drugs or alcohol because then you could pass out or even die in some situations.
If you are in a bad location, leave that location if possible. If you are around a possessed or bad person leave that person or people as soon as possible.
This stuff isn't rocket science folks. But, it will keep you protected and alive if you listen to what I'm saying here.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
