Increase of Cosmic Rays combined with Decrease in Magnetosphere causing linking cosmic rays with cardiac arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death in the general population of Earth

This plot displays radiation measurements not only in the stratosphere, but also at aviation altitudes. Dose rates are expessed as multiples of sea level. For instance, we see that boarding a plane that flies at 25,000 feet exposes passengers to dose rates ~10x higher than sea level. At 40,000 feet, the multiplier is closer to 50x. These measurements are made by our usual cosmic ray payload as it passes through aviation altitudes en route to the stratosphere over California.
What is this all about? Approximately once a week, Spaceweather.com and the students of Earth to Sky Calculus fly space weather balloons to the stratosphere over California. These balloons are equipped with radiation sensors that detect cosmic rays, a surprisingly "down to Earth" form of space weather. Cosmic rays can seed clouds, trigger lightning, and penetrate commercial airplanes. Furthermore, there are studies ( #1, #2, #3, #4) linking cosmic rays with cardiac arrhythmias and sudden cardiac death in the general population. Our latest measurements show that cosmic rays are intensifying, with an increase of more than 13% since 2015:
Why are cosmic rays intensifying? The main reason is the sun. Solar storm clouds such as coronal mass ejections (CMEs) sweep aside cosmic rays when they pass by Earth. During Solar Maximum, CMEs are abundant and cosmic rays are held at bay. Now, however, the solar cycle is swinging toward Solar Minimum, allowing cosmic rays to return. Another reason could be the weakening of Earth's magnetic field, which helps protect us from deep-space radiation.

I have mentioned this before about how especially flying in a passenger jet can increase heart problems during a Geomagnetic storm caused by Solar Wind or Solar STorms. This is especially true right now.

To me, this is related to either a geomagnetic excursion or geomagnetic reversal Earth is now experiencing which has reduced our protective magnetosphere down to zero to 10% within the polar circles and causes cracks in it almost anywhere with frequency maybe as often as clouds appear in the sky worldwide almost anywhere. So, when cracks in the magnetosphere are hit with solar storms it is possible that cosmic rays will increase heart problems and fatal heart attacks especially while flying in jet passenger planes at higher altitudes.

My personal theory of why this is happening:

A Geomagnetic Storm has similar properties to an Electromagnetic pulse that can (if strong enough) end anything electrical in any city or area it is strong enough in. And electromagnetic pulse is usually caused by a nuclear weapon going off or a machine built to generate Electromagnetic pulses to destroy the electrical capacity of a city or area by an army here on earth.

So, imagine that a geomagnetic storm is a minor EMP. So, if it can knock out Internet that allows internet and credit card transactions to successfully happen, remember our hearts are electrical too. So, when electric pulses hit our hearts it might (if the heart is old or weak ) or health is bad, cause and arrhythmia  or a heart attack or even a fatal heart episode by short circuiting the hearts normal activities.

However, if you study the 1859 Carrington event you also can see that an EMP of that size from the sun might cause billions of dollars of damage around the world and thousands of deaths through cardiac arrest or more.

The Solar storm of 1859—known as the Carrington Event—was a powerful geomagnetic solar storm during solar cycle 10 (1855–1867). A solar coronal mass ejection hit Earth's magnetosphere and induced one of the largest geomagnetic storms on record, September 1–2, 1859.
