Flash floods wash away cars as torrential rains hit Gansu province
Video footage shows vehicles being swept away like they are toys
With torrential rains falling down, Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province, has experienced severe flash flooding. In many low-lying areas of the city, frightening flood waters have wreaked havoc, sweeping away vehicles like they are toy cars.
