The propaganda being "Everything is fine at Fukushima".
The problem was that one of the three meltdowns at Fukushima nuclear power plant in Japan damaged in the Tsunami was that it was reprocessing nuclear weapons grade plutonium. So, this one meltown (1 of 3 there) is more serious because Plutonium used in nuclear weapons has a half life of 25,000 years and if this is a half life you also have to think about the next 25,000 years too. So, radiation will be leaking (there is nothing presently known that can stop it) into the ocean there through the water table). They likely are trying to freeze the ground to prevent this which would be a good idea except that "When have you ever seen water stopped by anything permanently?"
Water flows to the ocean and there isn't much that will permanently stop water from doing this, especially underground water.
So, when people try to tell you everything is okay at Fukushima don't believe them. Fukushima is polluting all the oceans of the world with radiation along with all the fish off shore at Fukushima and will continue to do this for 25,000 to 50,000 years.
Since all oceans of the world are connected this radiation to a greater or lesser degree will go everywhere and has and is continuously since 2011 and will for at least the next 25,000 to 50,000 years time.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
