Yesterday a new fire that at the time they thought was arson along Interstate 5 has closed interstate 5 for at least 12 hours or more now since it started. Looking at the fire satellite map it has moved to the west and to the north in addition to keeping interstate 5 closed still because the fire appears to still be burning on both sides of 5 still.
Here is a map if you go north along interstate 5 where you can see where the fire is south of Castle Crags.
