What you might need is a gyro big enough and strong enough to compensate for the stopping and starting part so you didn't have to go upside down. But, I'm not sure what you would do going uphill or downhill with one of these? You can see the steering wheel which tilts the wheel so you can turn but braking and starting are the two things you most would have to worry about as well as bumps which could break your spine if they were big enough. I'm not sure you could keep your balance if you rose on your motorcycle pegs to prevent your back from breaking on large potholes or bumps.
There was a Men in Black that they built something like this that the main characters rode that I remember too.
