It means you have 2 eyes, 2 arms, 2 legs, have five fingers on each hand, and 5 toes on each foot and usually walk in a bi-pedal fashion if you aren't swimming or sitting or laying down at the time.
However, Humanoid means you could live on any planet in any time or space with these characteristics. For example, the aqua man from "The Shape of Water" (2017) would also be considered to be a humanoid because he has two eyes, and five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot and can walk bi-pedally even though he has gills so he can also breathe water and live under the water too.
