How did I get to soul travel?
When angels saved my life at age 2 I wanted to Soul Travel like the angels do all the time. So, I asked my parents if I could pray to learn to soul travel like the angels. So, from about 4 or 5 years of age on until I was 20 or 21 I prayed to God to Grant me the ability to Soul Travel at will like the angels do.
This started with lucid dreaming in my teens and before that often I had wings flying in my dreams as a child too but progressed to actual conscious soul travel about 1970 when I was around 22 I think.
But here is the paradox. I wound up soul traveling through out this galaxy and others but eventually I realized I was already everywhere with God. Once I realized I was already everywhere with God by the time I was about 30 I realized I liked being everywhere with God. So, even though I originally started going individual places with God I found I liked it better to be everywhere with God in all time and space the best.
So, that is my meditation and prayer now which calms me.
Why does it calm me?
Because if I'm already everywhere in the universe and in all time and space with God already if my body passes on I still am okay because I still will be everywhere in all time and space with God with or without a body here on earth.

note: And if my body never dies that's okay too. (I'm watching humans move towards medical (relative immortality) as I study medicine all the time now. Being ready for anything is really the point here.
