What exists there on that exact same spot is called: The Dalai lama Village for some reason. Knowing Tibetan Lamas like I do I'm sure some of them knew this was where the Crystal Palace was located on the first timeline that saved us and gave us the 2nd timeline which is why they would create a space like this there to give thanks for our present 2nd timeline.
