Because the legal liability that they brought to Fox might end their careers. The 2.7 billion dollar Suit against Fox and Dobbs and Bartiromo leaves Dobbs and Bartiromo no choice but to counter sue. But, the company suing them all is being driven towards bankruptcy by what Dobbs and Bartiromo said. Since they lied about the company it is likely that Dobbs, Bartiromo and Fox all might lose this 2.7 Billion dollar suit throwing Fox, Dobbs, and Bartiromo into bankruptcy. This could even end Fox News for Good because of the lies they told which harmed these companies.
