I cannot fully answer this question other than to say that "This is what the auto-encoders often do with quoted material. So, is it the intention of programmers of the auto-encoders to have this happen? Not sure.
However, this is one of several reasons I give you always (or almost always) whenever I can a URL for any quotes I give you so that you can use the URL to get to an original source so you don't have to read print running into other print.
I try to give you the best articles that I write and that I quote that I can along the way from research I conduct on a daily basis So, if I find things that will be helpful or entertaining to you (as well as me) I try to share these things with readers worldwide.
