It's just like this. If you yell "Fire" when there isn't one in a crowded auditorium or Theater you are going to go to jail for that. Your free speech is ONLY Protected if what you say doesn't maim or kill people. And because of this since people died Trump is responsible for those deaths in multiple ways.
