What is the Galactic Language sometimes called Perfect Wisdom Perfect Bliss which is it's spiritual name

 If you combine telepathy with soul travel anywhere in the known universe this is what the Galactic Citizen language is.

What is the purpose for this language?

It's main purpose is so NO ONE CAN EVER LIE TO YOU ABOUT ANYTHING!

But, this is it's political nature as a language of Galactic Citizens.

However, the real purpose of this language is complete enlightenment. So, this is why it is taught to Galactic Citizens who often live 1000 to 10,000 to 1 million years each in bodies that can be technologically resurrected over time. Even the 1 million year old bodies can look like any age from a baby to any age of adult by the way. But, psychologically you have to train someone to handle living this long.

Note: 120 years ago even here in the U.S. the average life expectancy was only 60 years old but most died in their 20s to 40s and 50s. So, you can see that one would need to be specially trained to live 1000 to 10,000 to 1 million years long. It is an entirely different psychology than you presently find on earth in most people. However, if you speak with people who are over 70 and still have their mental faculties you get the general idea of what this could be like when humans live this long too in the future.

Also, you can see we are slowly headed there (except for the pandemic) because before the pandemic if you lived to be 30 you could reasonably expect to see 90 here in the U.S. at least.
