Consciousness is Everywhere

 As a Soul Traveler consciously at least for the last 50 years I can say to you  that Consciousness is everywhere. There is really only one being in the universe. Maybe the way to see this most clearly is to think about a cut diamond and every living thing is a reflection of one of the facets of the diamond that the consciousness of the universe actually is.

So, because of this whatever you do to anyone including yourself you do to God or whatever you want to call what the universe actually is.

I like the mystic's way of looking at this which is: 

There is nowhere that God is not.

God is everywhere in everything

So, when you look inside yourself or look outwards at anything or everything you are looking at God.

If an ant is your Guru, Feed him.
