Here's the problem:

IF you are a woman you DON"T want to go camping in Grizzly country if you are on your period. Why?

Because the bears can smell your blood and often this is enough to make some grizzly bears kill women.

This sounds pretty crazy I know but remember bears are really primal and actually like this in the wilds. It's sort of an apex predator thing if it's a male bear.
