Learning a meditation to not panic

 There are times when panicking might be useful to you like when a bus or truck is bearing down on you in the middle of a street so panic might be helpful at times to get you to move fast enough to survive.

That being said, most times people panic it is not useful and harms them more than anything else and in the case of being over 50 panic will kill you quicker than almost anything else you can do.

So, the point is when you get to be 40 or 50 if you panic often you are going to die. So, learning not to panic is helpful.

For me, it started with learning to soul travel where I realized after 10 years that I was already everywhere and every when with God. So, if I maintain this experience of being 24 hours a day being every where and every when with God I feel peace and have no reason to panic.

So, for me, if the whole earth exploded right now I would tend not to panic because of this and I likely would be one of the ones creating a heaven realm earth for us to actually live on then so that those less aware would think earth is still here because we would create a heaven earth for us to all live on  (those enlightened enough to be able to actually do this for the rest of us).

So, for me this enlightenment thing is very real and useful in that I don't tend to panic because I'm already with God 24 hours a day all the time.

So, experiencing yourself encompassing the whole universe and being with God everywhere is likely the best meditation or contemplation to  prevent you panicking and dying when you don't need to.

Also, a good diet and exercise and good things to do with your mind will help too.
