The most important words here are that it is 93% effective in keeping people out of the hospital and dying and 64% effective in protecting against getting infected in the first place.

This is why my wife and I and most of my family and friends are now vaccinated with a Pfizer 2 dose vaccine. And 85% of all people over 50 years old in the U.S. are also now vaccinated. So, a majority of people in the hospital or dying now of Coronavirus are under 50 years old here in the U.S. and were never vaccinated.
