Vigilantes trying to turn in people helping those get abortions will likely start to be murdered by relatives of those needing abortions. It's pretty obvious that this is what is going to happen in Texas now. So, the $10,000 that a vigilante can collect will be used to find them and murder them. This is pretty obvious where this is going.
Because of this, the law will have the effect of turning Texan against Texan and starting a Civil War in Texas which could become normal for any state that uses this same tactic. So, because of Federal Rights and Laws Conflicting with State laws people are going to be dying, not only those who cannot get abortions when they use coathangers to do back alley abortions like before Roe V. Wade but also relatives of the women dying will seek revenge against those who collected rewards for ratting them out and seeking rewards.
So, this type of law will become a Curse on whatever state enacts them for all kinds of reasons.
