Yes. They don't want to be caught in a nuclear crossfire caused by Putin's folly in Ukraine.
His ego demands that he take Ukraine (no matter the cost to Russia) so they are leaving. As he threatens more to use nuclear weapons they will leave even more too.
There is a "Clear and Present Danger" that Putin will now use nukes so Russians are leaving because they don't want to die in a nuclear war. I wouldn't be surprised at all if 2 million people had left Russia by this time next week either!
