Donald Trump's bid to impede a criminal investigation into his possession of documents taken from the White House has begun to unravel, legal experts said, after courtroom setbacks including doubts expressed by judges about the former U.S. president's claim that he declassified records seized at his Florida home.

The problem is Trump has never been held accountable for ANYTHING in his life. He reminds me of many Mafia or MAFIYA LORDS around the world. They get away with anything and everything until they don't and then they either disappear completely or find themselves in Jail the rest of their lives.
This doesn't mean that Trump will ever see jail time because he is rich enough to go to the Bahamas or somewhere else maybe that has no extradition back to the United States. So, remember he has his own plane to get on and fly to anywhere on earth if he needs to to stay out of jail. Because he is an ex-president and because of the precedent set with Ford pardoning Nixon (rightly or Wrongly) it is difficult to say how all this plays out through time. Another factor is Trump eats junk food like it's going out of style. How long can he live doing that? It's all unknown. We shall see.
