Kundun (1997)

 This movie is really interesting if you want to know more about the Dalai Lama and what is was like for him growing up to become the Dalai Lama who rules Tibet. Ling Rinpoche ruled Tibet until the Dalai Lama grew up to become 18 years old which is the time he was considered to be an adult and capable of ruling Tibet.
