Biocom means "Biological Computer". However, it's much more than this because it is also sentient and can directly interface with your thoughts and your bodily processes to help keep you well, especially if you go unconscious. Then it can request medical help for you.
It reminds me a little of our 2022 Subaru Ascent which texts my wife's phone when it needs windshield wiper fluid.
So, like that the Biocom can tell medical personel when you need medical assistance to stay alive when you go unconscious for example. I first wrote about Biocoms I believe around 1987. I think the idea might have come from a UFO experience I had on Mt. Shasta for example, combined with my knowledge of the software and hardware of computers and from learning the electrical trade with my father from ages 12 to 17 (1960 to 1965) working summers with my Dad who was an Electrical Contractor then.
The basic process of a biocom in 1987 from other worlds but also used on earth by then by Galactic Time Guards runs off the bio-electrical system of the body which is the same bio-electrical system that runs neurons and muscles of all kinds throughout the body even your heart.
So, since these are micro micro minaturized sentient components capable of interfacing with all bodily processes they can facilitate healing within your body too. They also can act as counselors when you need them too. So, it is kind of like having access to a sentient computer mainframe because you are tied into the most powerful sentient computers throughout the Galaxy as well.
By having something like this on board a human body one can theoretically live thousands of years or more because of all the added help both spiritually, mentally and physically that can be given someone who has this technology within their physical body.
Could all these things be misused? Of Course. So, there needs to be safeguards put in place to protect people.
But, these are not much different than the safeguards countries put in place to make cars and trucks and planes safer too so they don't crash or mis-function.
