I'm thinking that the 3 billion dollars might be coming from Putin through his oligarchs to merge with Truth Social in this way because of the way all this happened. It would be a way to launder money through this enterprise. However, they would be trying to hide that he did this from the American People obviously.
Also, I was listening to the news about how even though there are stock rules that he isn't allowed to access this money that because he is a majority stockholder he might force the sale of 1/2 billion dollars in stock to pay off his debt even though this would tank the Stock. The company merging with Truth Social has already lost 10% (or more) of it's stock value already anticipating Trump doing exactly this.
