It's Raining Cats and Dogs from about Monterey north to Concord right now

And raining lightly ( few drops) here in Santa Barbara right now too. I went out to a restaurant and sat outside until enough of a cover not to get rained on and bought a sandwich for lunch with my wife and some fries and she got a burger and sweet potato fries. But, it was fairly cold for Santa Barbara at about 56 degrees Fahrenheit with light rain (drizzling) with a 9 mph wind too. So, I wore a lined windbreaker which kept me warm at age almost 76 sitting outside at the burger place.
