58 degrees Fahrenheit at 10 am today Sunday

I noticed it was chilly last night as I took my dog out to do her business. And today it is chilly too with a high expected of only 61 degrees today. There appears to be a chance of some sporadic rain today too between noon and 10 pm about 12 hours from now. But, even though it is colder and windy it is nice to see the sun breaking through outside here in Santa Barbara.
