Trump Still owes the 454 Million dollars, the courts just are allowing him to only need a 175 million dollar bond right now so he can appeal

So, if you understand really what happened here is that since Trump has rights just like all Americans in court the appeal courts agreed that the 454 million dollar fine for Fraud was just too much for him to come up with in the short term without allowing him to appeal. The way it was before he could not appeal until he paid the 454 Million dollars but now if he gets a bond for 175 million (which he likely can do more easily now). He then can appeal his fraud case with only coming up with a 175 million dollar bond in the next 10 days.

However, he will also be the first Ex-president to stand up in a criminal trial (The Stormy Daniels Case) against him in the U.S. in the entire history of the U.S. since George Washington was president which is a really bad precedent for all future presidents on all levels because it establishes the precedent of Presidents being criminals for all Presidents to come. On one level this is a bad thing but on another level this might be useful to the survival of our democracy in the long run too if Trump is voted down as president (which seems to be moving forwards toward that now also).

The Stormy Daniels case is about a Fraud he committed upon the American people over lying about his involvement with her which threw the election his way even though he was involved with her. And he had his then Fixer (Cohen) who has already served time in this case in which Trump was the (unindicted co-conspirator).

So, just like Cohen, Trump may serve time in Jail for what he and Cohen Did regarding the hush money case. Because Trump is no longer an unindicted co-conspirator he is now an indicted Conspirator and liable for Jail time just like Cohen was and this trial begins in April.
