However, I guess I'm tougher than I thought I was at this age.
After almost dying between January and when my robotic surgery took place in late March in Redding and then having to deal with my son's health issues too the last 3 weeks in Portland it's been a lot. But, in some ways it was good that my son needed me to help him survive in this way because he is 52 years old and has been on his own for at least 30 or more years after College and getting married. So, in some ways it was nice to be needed for his survival once again like when he was born until college age when he got a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at one of the California state Universities.
So, it's definitely been a long road to get here to 78 but I see how I might actually live to 80, 90 or 100.
If I'm actually tough enough to survive all this then I might still live a really long time!
