By firing the people who prevent Cyclospora outbreaks Trump has brought death and illness to the U.S. now (as well as to the whole world)

Trump's government is lying to us. I have studied Cyclospora for years now. Them telling us it is in the food is bullshit. The only way it gets into the food is through the water used on the lettuce to begin with. All municipal water supplies appear now to have Cyclospora this year for some reason.

Also, Chlorine and Fluoride do NOT kill Cyclospora but only create stronger versions of these protozoa over time.
