Rice Serious Problem for Asian Countries.

So, as things stand just in regard to rice there are nations facing serious shortages and/or the un-affordability of rice for their poorest citizens:
Ecuador, Burma, Nepal, Cambodia, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ivory Coast,
India, Madagascar. And this is just the rice problem. There is also the wheat shortage, the corn shortage etc.
Since several of the biggest producers of Grains on earth including Australia had either weather problems or an outright 2 years drought like Australia the food situation worldwide is the most serious in 30 years.
