However, anyone who has a dream about the future that then happens or who has a waking "Deja Vu" that physically happens I believe could also be called a Seer in that way too. But, a Seer likely would be someone who consistently sees the future and who does this pretty regularly.
I have found seeing the future to be both a curse and a blessing especially as I was growing up. Often, I could see something coming and I could not stop it and when people sometimes died I was overwhelmed with grief that I couldn't stop these things from happening having seen them before. For example, I often would be walking down the street as a child and just walk by someone and be aware when they would die soon and this would make me want to faint because as a child death was still pretty scary to me because of all the unknowns. However, now because I'm what is described sometimes as a Shaman (someone who has already psychologically died but their body still lives) I tend to live in both worlds as God intended me to. So, I don't fear death. Actually, sometimes I fear life because only when you are alive in a physical body can you cause karma of one kind or another in your life or others. So, though death no longer scares me not wanting to cause bad karma against myself or others sometimes concerns me.
So, my way of looking at this now is that any of you out there who have "Deja Vus" (seeing before it happens) or have dreams about things that happen before they happen likely could be called Seers at least in regard to those events.
Also, here is something that might be helpful to younger Seers. If you see something good coming never speak of it because it won't happen if you ever speak or write of it usually. But, if it is a bad thing coming sometimes speaking or writing about that can uncreate that bad outcome and save lives and make a better world for everyone.
So then, as a Seer, you become the creator of a much better future for everyone and likely serve the purpose that God intended by creating you to be a Seer in the first place.
