I was raised in the 1950s so I saw a lot of this from men who had returned from World War II and the Korean War. And this is what it takes to guard a U.S. President from all comers. Also, the first black president changes things too for the Secret service. As a result all the racists, latent racists in denial etc. who feel a need to vent their rage are going to try to attack the president. Also, there are terrorists too. So, now more than ever having any woman in charge of the Secret Service though commendable just isn't going to work inside this very macho even self destructive culture where one is trained to jump in front of a bullet to (take one for the president and the country). So, to those extreme macho men and women (willing to commit basically suicide for the President and the country) likely at the very least they need a very macho man that they can talk to about anything bothering them. Unfortunately, these very macho men and women don't need a mother they need a father that they are willing to die for and to talk to.
This unfortunately is the case.
Otherwise, you aren't going to have men and women who will choose to jump in front of a bullet for their Secret Service Head and for their president and for their country. This is just the way things are within a culture so self destructive and willing to die for their president.
Think about it!
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
