What is being found is bodies with holes in them where kidneys should be. So, is ISIS harvesting organs of people they kill? Possibly according to CNN on Wolf right now Wednesday February 18th 2015.
However, proving this would be difficult even if it is true. But, one could easily imagine an ISIS business model and likely able to sell kidneys for 10,000 to 50,000 dollars or more to a middle man in europe for example for anything from kidneys, hearts, lungs, livers or whatever they could put on ice and transport quickly to another destination by plane....
So, would ISIS want to do something like this? Definitely.
However, are they actually doing something like this? Maybe.
The United Nations is now investigating this because it takes such claims very seriously.
Also, this is happening specifically in Iraq at this time and likely to Christians, Yazidis and Shia Muslims primarily (if the allegations prove true).
The Iraqi Ambassador said that 10 to 12 doctors in Mosul were executed because they refused to harvest organs (likely when Mosul fell).
So, this would actually begin to explain why ISIS is so well armed because 10,000 to 50,000 dollars per organ can buy a whole lot of weaponry if this is true also on the black market.
